Assistant Managers

Restaurant/Coffee Shop Managers
You will be responsible for running your own coffee shop or restaurant, from recruitment and training of your team to managing budgets and achieving sales targets. You will need to have one to two years’ management experience gained within retail/catering. In return we offer a competitive salary plus bonuses.
With Massarella Catering you can develop new skills as well as continue to develop your career. Looking ahead we offer internal transfers, development opportunities and promotions – 80% of our current Area Managers started their career with us as Managers.

Area Management
Whilst 80% of our Area Management team started their careers as Managers within Massarella Catering Group, we are always keen to hear from people who have multi-site experience, with strong people management and operational skills within retail catering.
