Food and menu development are key factors to ensuring Massarella Catering Group remains a market leader. With a dedicated Director leading the development team we are always in tune with customers’ changing tastes.

Charged with providing each of the Group’s brands with non-conflicting solutions, only the right products are created and sourced for each customer profile.

The development team has extensive experience in not only retail catering but also fine dining. Knowledge of both fields is harnessed and blended to produce menus reflecting old favourites with contemporary choices, packaged to produce value for money.

The development team work first hand with the suppliers and our dedicated purchasing company, Brammer Dixon, to manage the Group’s central distribution network.

Our purchasers work closely with Brakes Distribution to ensure that products are purchased, go into the system and are delivered on schedule.
