Ronnie has 45 years' business experience in catering and food manufacturing. A proportion of his management time was devoted to the position of Chef d’Equipe for the British Olympic Showjumping Team which he held for 32 years.
Mark Massarella – Managing Director
Mark has day-to-day control of the development and strategy for the company, dealing with existing clients and investigating new business opportunities.
Jeremy Massarella – Financial Director
Jeremy heads the accounting and systems functions supported by a highly trained head office team.
Michael Massarella – Food Development Director
Michael heads the food and menu development team controlling new product sourcing and management of the company distribution chain.
Stephen Massarella – Operations Director
Stephen is the Operations Director for Massarella Gelaterie Ltd, predominantly handling the House of Fraser account.
Giorgio Bergomi – Operations Director
Giorgio is the Operations Director for Massarella Restaurants Ltd, predominantly handling the shopping centre and TJ Hughes' business.
Jayne Webster – Human Resources Director
Jayne heads up the personnel and training team and in addition oversees health, safety and food hygiene
for the company.
