Café Nova has evolved from our wish to have an Italian style café based on the bars of Milan. Our aim was to create a point of difference between Café Nova and other high street coffee brands. This was achieved through the menu with the main emphasis on the food not drinks.
Massarella Restaurants and Coffee Shops were born out of our desire to create the ultimate in quick counter service cafés. The brand is reflective of the family's Italian roots and heritage and is continuously evolving.
Working in conjunction with our client, House of Fraser, this concept was created to enhance the group’s food offer and appeal to House of Fraser’s customer profile. The contemporary design, which encompasses relaxed seating areas, enhances the experience of the fashion conscious House of Fraser customer.
This restaurant typifies what we can achieve for family-owned, independently-run stores. Our brief was to change a small traditional restaurant into a successful contemporary counter service offer.
Within TK Maxx stores we offer a Café Maxx experience. The cafe's consist of a sharp colour palette and clear informative graphics to sit in line with the TK Maxx corporate image. Café Maxx offers its customers excellent value for money, in contemporary surroundings.
TJ Hughes has been a client of ours for over 15 years. Our brief was to create a restaurant and coffee shop offer to enhance the customers’ experience whilst in stores with a view to prolonging dwell time.
In recent years we have extended our expertise into Garden Centres, opening the Garden Café brand. These small coffee shops provide a quiet haven for all the family and offer a very traditional country feel.
